The Altoona Quadrant School Board has announced the name of a new regional school.

Families from the Catholic Schools voted online and decided for it to be called  the Holy Trinity Catholic School.

The mascot and sports teams will be the Guardians and school colors will be purple and gold.

It will have three campus locations. Pre-k through four will be at both the Altoona Central Catholic School building and the Hollidaysburg Catholic School building.

Grades five through eight will be at the Saint Rose of Lima School building in Altoona.
