Reactions at Trump Rally

The Donald Trump rally was filled with high energy and even after the doors were closed, crowds waited for a chance to get inside.

The Blair County Convention Center was prepared for large crowds, and an overflow room was available for people to view the rally from downstairs.

Trump made an appearance at the extra viewing area, where he assured viewers that their presence mattered.

Upstairs, everything went as planned and the crowd appeared responsive to his speech.

Outside, groups of protestors voiced their opinions about Trump and their disapproval of him.

We spoke with supporters and protestors about their thoughts on the event and the presidential candidate.

“You know, I went in and I got my candidate, you know gave me the information I was looking for and afterward came out and I heard some of them (protestors,) they’ve been chanting out. And that’s fine, it’s okay to get both sides,” Chris Danison, a Trump supporter said.

With an anti-Trump sign in hand, Tom McCaffrey, said he’s not voting for Trump and doesn’t believe he’s “laid out any policies, all he’s had is opinions and bashing people. When it came down to policies, I don’t see any. I find him dangerous.”
