Work on the new teen shelter in Altoona is complete and the public is welcome to an open house Saturday, December 17.
The newly named Agarwal MD and Family Teen Center will be able to help teens in the region ages 12 to 17.
An official open date has not been announced but the open house will go from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
