After an outbreak of mumps cases at Penn State, the university will offer an MMR vaccine clinic this week.
University Health Services will offer the vaccine to students on Thursday, March 23 from 10-4 p.m. in Alumni Hall in the HUB. The vaccine protects against the measles, mumps and rubella.
As of Friday, the university has investigated 49 probable or confirmed mumps cases. 23 of those have been confirmed by lab tests.
