The identity of the woman taken into custody after a political rally in State College has been released.
Police said 21-year old Terri Thomas was the woman seen in the video.
Court documents said Thomas threatened a protester attending the rally and gave police the wrong name, when asked for her identification.
Thomas is charged with misdemeanor counts of false ID to law enforcement and harassment.
