Several hundred Penelec customers are without power in Clearfield and Centre Counties, specifically in the Philipsburg area.
Crews are on scene and are actively working to restore power this morning.
The original hope was to have power restored by 8 a.m. but according to Penelec’s outage map, crews are hoping to restore power by 10 a.m.
Osceola Mills is also reporting a smaller number of outages.
