Susquehanna Polling and Research and WHTM-TV in Harrisburg conducted a poll on October 31 – November 1 and found Hillary Clinton’s lead fell two points compared to their previous poll just three weeks ago.
Just days for the November 8 election the race is a nail biter: Clinton 45% Trump 43%.
The poll surveyed 681 people and included at least one likely voter from all 67 counties in Pennsylvania.
The majority of people found both Clinton and Trump are unfavorable:
Clinton:
- Favorable 40%
- Unfavorable 52%
Trump
- Favorable 37%
- Unfavorable 54%
The voters were also asked of the following seven issues what is the single most important problem facing our country:
- Jobs and the economy 25%
- Health care and education 21%
- Making government more accountable and responsive 19%
- Terrorism and national security 14%
- Income inequality 09%
- Illegal immigration 05%
- Racial tensions between whites and blacks 03%
- None of the above 03%
The poll also took a look at the race for U.S. Senate between incumbent Sen. Pat Toomey (R) and challenger Katie McGinty (D).
McGinty 47% Toomey 41%
Sen. Toomey campaigned in Johnstown on Wednesday discussing veterans’ issues.
