Altoona Police are investigating an ATM theft after a woman in a white chevrolet SUV pulled up behind the victim, who was using the ATM, and became impatient.

 

The victim then became nervous over the suspect yelling at them, causing the victim to leave their debit card behind without closing their transaction screen.

 

The suspect then withdrew $400 from the machine and used the card for an additional $1,000.
