Police are searching for a Centre County man after police say he threatened to kill a woman.
44 year old Joseph Grassmyer of Millheim is accused of assault a woman and threatening to kill her.
State Police say there is a warrant for his arrest.
This happened Thursday along Dublinwood Drive in Boggs Township, Centre County.
