Police say man drowned in pond

Police in Somerset say a man drowned in a pond sometime between noon Monday and 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Stacy Pershun was found on his property on Old Mountain Road in Allegheny Township. However, State Police are investigating the incident as an accident.
