Police say a Penfield man brandished a gun, scaring two Nittany Minit Mart employees there.
The complaint says Jason Bricen, 38, was arguing with his girlfriend inside and outside the store, and telling her that if he can’t have her, no one can.
Police say Bricen drove up to the store again on an ATV around 11 p.m. Friday, and they set up a perimeter.
He’s facing terroristic threats and DUI charges.
Records show he was taken to the Clearfield County Jail and has bail set at $50,000.
