SOMERSET COUNTY – State Police in Somerset County are investigating a couple incidents where cars were broken into.
Sunday they were called out to a home along East Third Street in Jenner Township. That’s where police say jewelry was stolen from a car parked along the street.
It happened sometime between last June 14 and 15. Police estimate a total cost at about $6,352.
Meantime, about 26 miles away, they’re investigating a robbery along Oldmill Road in Brothersvalley Township. Police say someone stole a Louis Vuitton purse, an iPad and jewelry from that car.
It happened sometime between June 13 and 16.
