The State College Police Department is asking for your help finding a suspect, who is suspected of taking packages from an apartment complex that he doesn’t live at.
The suspect is described as a black male, with an average build, wearing a black jacket with a hat and hood. He was also seen carrying a dark red backpack and a blue duffel bag.
Anyone with information is asked to call State College Police.
