Parents of a 4-week old baby in Clearfield County are facing additional charges for allegedly abusing their daughter.

 

Aaron Mills is facing aggravated indecent assault for violating the girls body. He and Stephanie McGuire are also charged with various assault and drug charges.

 

Doctors found the baby, whose name is Lily Jane, with both of her legs broken, along with a broken rib, severe diaper rash and internal injuries. 

 

Doctors also determined that the injuries to her face would have resulted in a large amount of blood loss and extreme pain.

 

Police found a bag of bloody blankets and clothing in the couple’s car.

 

The infant’s injuries occurred on Feb. 26, at the couple’s home on Edwards Street in Osceola Mills, but the baby wasn’t seen by a doctor until March 1.

 

Mills and McGuire are both in the Clearfield County Jail, with a hearing scheduled for March 15.
