Police arrested the parents of three children Friday afternoon after reports of the children being locked in dog cages.
PSP Huntingdon officers say they received a call back on June 19th about a 13-year-old refusing to go home from a neighbor’s house. Upon investigating, police found Linda and Nicholas Chamberlain would lock their children, ages 13 and 6, in a dog cage when they misbehaved.
They both are currently in the Huntingdon County Jail on $50,000 bail each.
