A house caught on fire in Altoona Thursday, across the street from the WTAJ studio.
The fire happened just before 5 p.m. off of 6th Avenue and the road between 84 Lumber and 58th Street was shutdown for a period of time while departments responded to the fire. However, the road has since reopened.
Two people were home at the time, but they were not injured.
The fire was mostly contained to the attic area and officials are now investigating what caused the fire.
