Logan Township Police said a man ambushed and attacked one of their officers, after responding to a noise complaint Monday.
51-year old Travis Zajac was walking along Ucla Lane in Greenwood yelling at passing cars, according to police.
When an officer responding to the scene attempted to get out of his car, Zajac allegedly attacked him, punching the officer four times.
The officer had to tase him. He was taken into custody, facing a number of charges including: aggravated assault and resisting arrest.
