The State College Police Department has filed charges against several individuals, who participated in the Dec. 3 riots in Downtown State College after Penn State beat Wisconsin.
Eleven people are facing charges such as criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, among others charges.
All defendants who are currently Penn State students will also be referred to Penn State University’s Office of Student Conduct for further disciplinary action.
