(CNN) — The cows at Ben & Jerry’s ice cream are no longer “Happy.”

The company has removed a statement on their labels that claims its ice cream comes from “Happy Cows.”

This comes amid on-going litigation with an organic consumers group.

The ice cream maker has also wiped the faces off the cows on their cartons – so they will show no expression at all.
