Muhammad Ali, the legendary boxer who proclaimed himself “The Greatest” died Friday in Phoenix, Arizona, a family spokesman said.  The three-time heavyweight champion was 74 years old.

Ali died at a hospital where he was being treated for serious respiratory problems.  He famously battled Parkinson’s Disease since 1984.
