The lawsuit that former assistant football coach Mike McQueary brought against Penn State, involving the Jerry Sandusky scandal, is now moving forward.
Penn State was seeking to delay McQueary’s whistleblower case until after Graham Spanier, Tim Curley and Gary Shultz resolve the charges against them. However, a judge ruled that the trial will move forward.
Mike McQueary accuses the University of wrongful termination after he reported seeing Sandusky abuse a boy on campus.
The trial is set for October 17th.
