A man has been arrested after stealing an elderly woman’s identity and making over $3,000 in purchases, according to State Police in Bedford.
Zachary Moore stole a 93-year old woman’s identity and made purchases from Verizon Wireless and Rent-a-Center, totaling $3,113.
Moore’s charged with identity theft and access device fraud.
