ALTOONA – An Altoona man who used Facebook to lure young boys will spend the next 7 to 15 years in prison.
27 year old Benjamin Richards was sentenced Thursday for luring a 15 year old Bellwood boy to a swimming hole in 2013.
After serving his prison sentence he will then spend the next 10 years under supervision. The next step for Richards is to determine if he is a sexually violent predator.
