A man is facing charges after a bicyclist was sent to the hospital following a crash Sunday in Johnstown.
Police said a 30-year-old woman and her boyfriend were riding bicycles around the 200 block of Ohio Street, when she fell into the road and a man driving by, reportedly hit her without stopping.
The woman was rushed to Conemaugh Medical Center for a broken femur, pelvis and ribs.
The driver was found a short time later, but refused to take a sobriety test.
