A man is facing charges for raping a woman at last years Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts.

The State College Police say they have completed an investigation into a rape which occurred during the 2015 Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts.

According to police, Anthony E. Holmes, 25, from Harrisburg is charged with Rape and Sexual Assault which are both felony charges. In addition, Holmes was charged with two misdemeanor charges of Indecent Assault and Simple Assault.

Holmes was arraigned before District Court Judge Camine W. Prestia and placed in Centre County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 bail.

The Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for July 27, 2016 in Bellefonte.
