According to Logan Township Police and the Blair County District Attorney’s Office, Tarence Mosey will be arraigned on numerous charges coming up at 9:15 this morning.
Those charges include, homicide by vehicle and DUI among others. They stem from the May 27th 2015 crash on the North 8th Street bridge in Altoona, where Brandy Boyd and her unborn daughter were killed.
