Local woman arrested after J.C. Penney theft.
Heather Guerin, 41, was taken into custody for retail theft after an incident at J.C. Penney at the Logan Valley Mall Wednesday at 2:55 p.m.
Guerin is being held in Blair County Prison for arraignment after she failed to post her $15,000 straight bail.
