Another Orlando victims vigil is planned for Thursday afternoon. 

 

Speakers and performers representing a diverse group of locals, including some from the LBGTQ and Islamic communities, will come together in downtown Johnstown. The event is called “I Choose Love.” It will be a gathering of community members from all walks of life. 

 

Folks will focus on remembering those who lost their lives in the Orlando shooting, as well as creating a greater Johnstown community that encourages diversity, acceptance, harmony and love. 

 

The event will get underway at 12 p.m. in Central Park.  Everyone is invited.
