A James Creek woman was denied her sentence appeal by the superior court Tuesday.
Kimberly Kitchen posed as an attorney in Huntingdon between 2009 and 2014, collecting thousands of dollars from clients.
Kitchen challenged the sufficiency of evidence in her case and her sentence of 2 to 5 years in state prison.
The court upheld the original judgment saying the court properly considered all factors in her sentencing.
