A woman is expected to be charged after allegedly driving her car into a frozen river.
According to state police, Jamie English was driving under the influence in Curwensville Borough around 8 p.m. on New Years Eve, when she drove her car down a boat launch and into the Susquehanna River.
That’s when her car allegedly became stuck on the ice, and officials discovered that she had been driving drunk.
Officials tell us she will be charged with driving under the influence.
