Whipped Bakery opened their doors at last Friday morning and were greeted by an influx of customers.
Owners Chef Erin Jay and her mother Tammy say baking is a family tradition. Erin’s grandmothers were known in Bedford for making wedding cakes.
Erin studied at the Culinary Institute in New York and brings that experience to Downtown Bedford. The turnout was so large on their first day they ran out of every item and were forced to close early.
