Kline recommends lots of layering looks because in Pennsylvania, you never know what you’re going to get with the weather. Snow one day, sunshine, warm weather next.
We’re going to be seeing a lot of mustards and yellows which is fun for spring and summer, according to Kline.
Kline also says we will be seeing a lot of stripes.
