The Altoona Police Department made quite the trespassing arrest Tuesday morning.
The Department shared a video to their Facebook page, saying they responded to a criminal trespass on the 220 block of 5th Avenue around 9 a.m. The suspects, two turkeys, were spotted in the backyard and refused to obey commands.
They went on to say the “jailbirds” were apprehended without incident and are now committed to life at a local farm without parole!
They note that no animals or people were harmed.
