ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Altoona Police need your help to find a man wanted on multiple felony charges.

Police are looking for Benjamin Irvin Phillips for his role in the kidnapping, aggravated assault, and sexual assault of a man over a $700 debt on May 6 and 7.

Police say he was last seen in Tyrone. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Altoona Police Department directly.
