BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Blair County Sheriff’s Office has an arrest warrant out for 28-year-old Tyler Cosper.

Police believe Cosper lives in Altoona, and they are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Blair County Sheriff’s Office at 814-330-1466.

You are warned not to try to apprehend Cosper yourself and to contact police instead.
