BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Blair County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a woman in Blair County.

There is an arrest warrant out for 24-year-old Cheryl Hartman, who reportedly lives in Altoona.

People are warned not to try to apprehend Hartman themselves.
