JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — Police have filed charges against a Virginia man nearly two years after a Johnstown fire.
According to police, the Johnstown Fire Department was called out to the blaze at a home on Franklin Street on September 10, 2017. The fire was determined to be arson.
Police say Willie Scruggs, 51, is now facing multiple charges including Arson and Recklessly Endangering another person.
