Chef Janet Degennaro of Sip and Saute joined WTAJ This Morning to demonstrate a Valentine’s Day dinner for two on a budget. 

The meal is a cranberry-thyme roast pork served with bacon mashed potatoes, citrus coleslaw, cornbread, and an apple cinnamon crepe for dessert! It took less than $11 to make!

Cranberry-Thyme Roast Pork:

Two pound pork roast

One can cranberry sauce

One small bottle orange juice

Fresh thyme on top

Two hours in oven 325 degrees
