A Blair County man in violation of his Megan’s Law requirements has now been captured.
Kenneth Vanallman, 56, is a registered sex offender.
Officials say he moved to Tipton in July and failed to update his address within three days of moving, which is a requirement of Megan’s Law.
He is now facing charges including failure to comply with registration requirements and notice of change or name of address.
