New figures from the state show that the number of Pennsylvanians cited for underage drinking has dropped significantly in recent years. The data found that citations issued for the offense decreased by 45 percent between 2012 and 2016.
Centre County was one of ten counties with the highest percentage of underage drinking crimes.The numbers don’t include driving under the influence offenses.
