Tyrone is the latest of about 350 communities across the state to opt out of hosting a mini casino.

Monday night, Tyrone voted 5 to 1 against having a mini casino within the borough. Residents, including those who have struggled with addiction spoke out against casinos. The state gaming control board is listing all counties coming out against the idea.
