TYRONE, BLAIR COUNTY (WTAJ) — A twenty-year-old Tyrone man faces numerous felony charges in connection with the rape of a fourteen-year-old girl.

Police say Griffin Gantt pulled the teen into a van, and assaulted her multiple times,  back in July of 2018
The crimes allegedly happened in Tyrone.

According to police, in a phone call with the victim, Gantt admitted committing the rape, and that he knew she was only fourteen.
