Police issued arrest warrants for two suspects, Paul Fatula and Evan Patton.

Police said the men broke into McClure Johnston, A Beacon Roofing Supply Company, in Hornerstown early Sunday morning and stole $2,900 worth of shingles.

Johnstown police said construction companies should be careful because there’s been an increase in theft.

“We want that business to stay in town. We don’t want them to have a lot of losses. So we want to try to solve it for them,” said Johnstown Police Captain Chad Miller.

The stolen shingles were found later that day.

The three men could face burglary and theft charges. Police are asking anyone with information on the two suspects to come forward.
