Two people are dead after a murder/suicide Tuesday in Juniata County.
State troopers responded to 232 Laurel Rock Lane in Fermanagh Township after receiving a report of a domestic incident.
Police found Tammy Dorward dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
David Britcher sustained a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He later died after being taken to the Geisinger Lewistown Hospital.
State Police are being assisted by the Juniata County Coroner’s Office.
