A 3.5% tuition increase was approved today by the Pennsylvania State System of High Education’s Board of Governors. It will result in an additional $127 per semester.
The increase creates a base tuition rate for most full-time Pennsylvania residents at $3,746 per semester, or $7,492 for the full year.
There are currently 14 state universities throughout the commonwealth including Lock Haven and Clarion.
