The trial of Eric Frein is set to resume at 1:30 Thursday in Pike County, according to District Attorney Ray Tonkin. It was delayed because the murder suspect was hospitalized Thursday morning.
According to Frein’s parents, he fell and hit his head while brushing his teeth.
Frein is charged with the ambush-style murder of one Pennsylvania State Trooper and critically wounding a second Trooper outside the Blooming Grove PSP barracks on September 12, 2014.
