The trial for the former owner of Bellefonte Family Denistry has begun.
Wade Newman is accused of kidnapping and raping a patient after driving her back to her home following a root canal appointment.
According to District Attorney Bernie Cantorna, Newman raped the woman on the steps inside her home.
He’s now facing several charges, and his trial will run until Thursday at the Centre County Courthouse.
