Crews are beginning to set up for the 52nd Annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, putting up banners and beginning to set up different vendor shops.

But with the festival, many popular roads will also be closed.

South Allen Street form East College Avenue to East Fairmont Avenue is already closed, along with West Nittany Avenue from the “D” Alleyway where it meets Pugh Street.

Monday East Foster Avenue will be closed from the “D” Alleyway to where it meets Pugh Street and Tuesday South Fraser Street will close from West Foster Avenue to West Fairmont Avenue. West Fairmont Avenue will also close from South Fraser Street to South Allen Street. 

All roads will reopen next Monday morning at 7:00 am.
