ALTOONA Pa. (WTAJ) — The Altoona Area Business Community invites to you join them for the 3rd Annual Altoona in Bloom Street Fair on Friday, May 3 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, May 4 from noon to 9 p.m.
The fair will feature many new things for this year.
