Ten drug dealers have been arrested in Clinton County, following a drug raid.
The investigation focused primarily on cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, and prescription drugs.
The individuals arrested were allegedly operating in Lock Haven, Mill Hall, Woodward Township, Bald Eagle Township, Avis Borough and surrounding areas.
The charges are the culmination of a six-month long investigation between the PA Office of Attorney General and the Clinton County Drug Task Force into the distribution of controlled substances in Clinton County.
Law enforcement officers arrested the following individuals on Friday:
Timothy Vincent, 32, of Commerce Street, Lock Haven, for felony delivery of Methamphetamine, delivery of cocaine, conspiracy to deliver controlled substances, and criminal use of a communication facility.
Keith Freeman, 56, of Woodward Township, for felony delivery of methamphetamine, two deliveries of cocaine, delivery of marijuana, conspiracy to deliver controlled substances, and criminal use of a communication facility.
Ardell Germello, 33, of West 3rd Street in Lock Haven, for felony delivery of cocaine and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Crystal Heaton, 39, of West 4th Street in Lock Haven, for four felony deliveries of crack cocaine, conspiracy to deliver controlled substances, and criminal use of a communication facility.
Darryl Lamont Franklin, 44, of Sagamore Drive, Bald Eagle Township, for felony delivery of cocaine and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Jessica Cummings, 29, of Sagamore Drive, Mill Hall, for felony delivery of crack cocaine and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Kayla Baker, 26, of Renovo Road, Allison Township, for felony delivery of oxycodone and criminal use of a communication facility.
Kevin Michaux, 45, of East Church Street, Lock Haven, for four felony deliveries of marijuana and criminal use of a communication facility.
Adam McHenry, 33, of Woodward Avenue, Lock Haven, for three felony deliveries of marijuana and criminal use of a communication facility.
Todd Breon, 50, of West 4th Street, Lock Haven, for felony delivery of Belbuca (buprenorphine).
